Baking Soda and Cancer

The thing I've been hearing a lot about the past week is baking soda.
NOT baking powder, baking soda.
Yes ordinary, common baking soda as a cure for cancer.
Evidently there are a couple of techniques used working with this.....

But, at least one alternative site is not endorsing the Baking Soda / Maple Syrup treatment because they say it was first reported in The Weekly World News.
